Wanneer prinses Rawleen verneemt dat haar vader is gestorven, vliegt ze halsoverkop terug naar huis. Haar vader, de koning, zat diep in onderhandelingen met de Amerikaanse regering toen hij plotseling kwam te overlijden. Haar vliegtuig zal echter nooit aankomen en men verneemt dat ze is gekidnapt. De CIA zet Jack Sargeant op de zaak. Hij wordt bijgestaan door een internationale organisatie misdaadbestrijders, Dragon Force genaamd.

Each month, the BUT Film Festival and Chassé Cinema present a special screening of a 35mm or 16mm film. During the evening, the audience votes — from a shortlist of three titles — for the film to be screened the following month.
When Princess Rawleen learns that her father has died, she rushes home. Her father, the king, was in the midst of negotiations with the US government when he suddenly passed away. However, her plane never arrives, and it is reported that she has been kidnapped. The CIA assigns Jack Sargeant to the case. He is assisted by an international organisation of crime fighters called Dragon Force.
