The Underbelly Project + Q&A

Van begin 2009 tot medio 2010 was The Underbelly Project het best bewaarde geheim in de wereld van urban art. Deze documentaire volgt het project en de betrokken topkunstenaars, zoals Ron English, Swoon, Faile, Revok, Shepard Fairey en vele anderen. Tijdens nachtelijke uitstapjes naar een verlaten metrostation in New York, pal onder een politiebureau, delen de curatoren hun ervaringen en inzichten met andere kunstenaars over hun geheime expedities.

Van woensdag 4 t/m zondag 8 februari 2026 brengt een programma vol films, documentaires, Q&A’s, masterclasses en exposities de wereld van straatkunst tot leven. Bekijk hier het volledige programma.

From early 2009 to mid-2010, The Underbelly Project was the world's best-kept urban art secret in urban art. This documentary explores the project with the world's leading urban artists, such as Ron English, Swoon, Faile, Revok, Shepard Fairey, and many others. During late-night trips to an abandoned New York City subway station, right below a police station, the curators share their experiences and insights with other artists about their secret expeditions.

After the film, there will be a Q&A with the world-famous street artist and Underbelly founder, Logan Hicks.
